Q&A

Output Price Description

► The output price is the unit price per item. The number of items is calculated as length x width (in centimeters) ÷ 900 = number of items. The decimal point is directly rounded up. Any fraction less than one item is calculated as one item.
Example: For a large image measuring 100x500cm, the formula is 100×500÷900=55.55, rounding up to the nearest whole number gives 56.
For output products, a 5% discount is offered for single items of 50 units or more; a 10% discount is offered for single items of 100 units or more; and a 15% discount is offered for single items of 500 units or more.

► For large image output, the base price must be calculated for the same style and material. If the price is less than the base price, the base price will be charged.

► When outputting, please adhere to the width specified in the price list. If the long side exceeds 150cm and the short side is less than 60cm, the short side will be priced as 60cm.

► Products with cold lamination must specify whether they will be coated with a glossy or matte film. Products not specified will be treated with a glossy film. Alternatively, for an additional fee, you can request the following imitation material textures to enhance the product's quality.
An additional 10 yuan will be charged per piece based on the price of each product (maximum screen protector width is 120cm). [Diamond pattern, fine cross pattern, coarse cross pattern, dotted cross pattern, fabric texture, leather texture]

► If the output size is larger than the machine's maximum output width, it must be split into several sheets for output. Please indicate whether it is a straight cut or a cross cut ( if the cutting direction is not specified, it will be output according to the machine's paper-saving mode, and no further notice will be given ).
The location for disassembly cannot be specified. If you wish to specify it, please clearly mark the location. Any additional material consumption will be charged separately.

► PVC material itself has ductility, and there will be a 1% dimensional tolerance after equipment output and post-processing , which is within a reasonable range.

► If the exported product requires further processing, please indicate this in the file or file name when submitting the manuscript.

► Please pay attention to the deadline before submitting your manuscript. Any overdue files will be treated as next-day submissions.

► The above price includes paper materials and output, but excludes processing, finishing or design fees, shipping and handling fees and taxes ( a 5% business tax will be added, and an invoice will be issued separately ).

► The printed colors will definitely differ from the colors displayed on the screen. Please adjust the colors using CMYK color swatches. Any disputes regarding color differences will be based on CMYK color swatches. Additionally, due to printing variations, there may be a color difference of ±10~15%. Our company does not accept returns due to color difference issues .

► You must prepare a complete printing file for printing. For questions regarding file preparation, please refer to the file preparation instructions. If you need design services or file preparation services, please feel free to contact us.

► Once the file is confirmed for printing, if you wish to cancel the printing, please cancel by email and confirm by phone before the deadline. Cancellations will not be accepted after the deadline or once the file has been printed .

Notes on Large Image Creation

► Due to the texture and material of the wallpaper itself, avoid setting text that is too small and therefore blurry.

► Please specify the finished dimensions of the material ( the artwork should not have bleed; if a white border is required, it should be indicated by a black frame ).

► If you require processing for large image output (such as mounting, cutting to smaller sheets, etc.), please indicate "processing" . If you do not indicate "processing" in the file name or file, it will be considered as no processing.

► Please specify the "magnification" and the final size when enlarging or reducing, and ensure that it can be enlarged proportionally to avoid distortion.

► When exporting, if you need to zoom in or out, please set the border properties to " Scale with Image ". Otherwise, the image content will be enlarged, but the lines will not be enlarged accordingly.

► The minimum line size must be set to 0.35mm, the minimum text size to 10pt, and the minimum for reverse text to 30pt or more.

► Small text and lines are not suitable for image software (such as Photoshop) as they are prone to blurring when output. For vector graphic designs, it is best to use vector software such as CDR or AI.

►Be sure to read the manuscript preparation instructions carefully before printing to avoid wasting time and making mistakes due to errors in manuscript preparation .

Cardboard Type Cutting and Manuscript Production Instructions

► If all four characters to be printed are to appear on the same sticker, the four characters must be placed together when the file is delivered. If the file is delivered separately, it will be produced one sticker at a time (the finished product will be delivered in sets of four stickers).

► Please use K100% color fill for the files. All files must be vector files (AI, CDR). Image files (JPEG, PSD, TIFF, PDF, PNG, etc.) will not be accepted.

► The minimum character cutting range is 30mm (characters smaller than 30mm cannot be produced).

►The line thickness should not be less than 4pt, as thinner lines will cause the sticker to lift up.

► Be sure to read the drafting instructions carefully before drafting to avoid wasting time on drafting errors.

The image resolution in the file must be higher than 300 dpi to avoid blurring in the printed product.

► Please set the image resolution to 300-350dpi for the actual printing size. If it is a line drawing, set it to 800-1200dpi. Too low a resolution will result in poor printing quality, while too high a resolution will result in a file that is too large to transmit easily.

► Please use CMYK colors, do not use RGB color files, as this may easily lead to color differences or incomplete image output.

► If the archive format is TIFF, please select "Compress Format" when saving to facilitate transmission.

► When converting images to Photoshop, ensure they are flat and have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Using small text in the image can easily result in blurry text.
It's best to use vector graphics software to edit the small text.

If you have embedded images, remember to 'embed' them.

► Remember to embed images (png, psd, etc.) in AI, otherwise the images will be lost.

► When creating an image, please set the printing size and resolution first, and then import it into AI. Do not use AI's scaling functions.
(Enlarging will make the image blurry, while shrinking may cause transmission difficulties due to the original file being too large).

► If you've already placed the object in AI and want to reduce its size, please click on the toolbar to rasterize the object to 300 resolution.

► If a transparent background image is used in the final artwork, it must be converted to a non-transparent background image after the artwork is completed.

If the text is bound to an outer border, then replacement text will be generated.

► Wherever there is text, there will be "fonts". We don't buy and install every piece of software.
Therefore, to avoid the computer being unable to recognize or replace the text, please outline all objects before finalizing the artwork.

► Avoid using thin fonts such as Mingti and Songti; the font size should be at least 9pt.
When the text or strokes are too thin, the lines will break, resulting in poor proofing and affecting readability or shape.

★How to set it up:
Photoshop settings: Select the text layer > Right-click > Rasterize text
Illustrator settings: Select text or all > Right-click > Create outline
CorelDRAW: Select text or all > Objects in the menu > Convert to Curves

Plywood printing color difference, color standard, color matching

►Because combined printing uses a plate-laying method, all the manuscripts from different publishers are combined and printed using a single plate, this is called "combined printing".
By sharing the plate-making costs, group printing can be cheaper than traditional printing. However, since the colors of many manuscripts are different, each plate will take the intermediate color value, so there is a possibility of a color difference of plus or minus 10% in group printing.
Customers who commission printing services may not use this reason to request a return, reprint, or compensation.

► Because it is a combined printing, the old version will not be retained. Therefore, when reprinting from an old file, it will definitely be combined into the new version. As a result, there will be a possibility of a color difference of plus or minus 10% in each printed product.

► Group printing uses CMYK four-color printing, so please do not use RGB colors, Pantone colors or custom special colors. If you do use them, please convert them to CMYK colors yourself, otherwise the printed product will be very prone to color difference.

► Group printing cannot require color correction of printed materials by adjusting the amount of ink for individual prints.

► All paper and output materials have different characteristics. Inkjet prints or screen colors cannot be used as printing sample colors. If special colors are required, it is recommended to use a separate plate or special color printing.

Regarding file format

► Clients provide the final file, and the file format must be compatible with and readable by the following professional drawing or image editing software.

► Our company currently uses: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW

► If you are not using the software mentioned above, please save the file as a PDF or EPS exchange file.

► Our company's graphic design review software version is opened with the above version. If the customer uses a newer version, please save the version that our company can open before placing the order. For customer files using an older version, our company will use the above version to open the review. To avoid unpredictable problems between versions, please upgrade your software version to be synchronized with our company.

About text

► For file output to print, all text must be converted to curves or outlined. If paragraph text is used, please convert it to graphic text first, then convert it to curves and remove unnecessary text noise.
(to avoid unclear text appearing when printed).

► Do not use the "MingTi", "New MingTi", "BiaoKaiTi" or the old version of "HuaKang" fonts provided by the operating system. Once these fonts are converted to outline characters (curves), it is easy to cause gaps at the intersections of the font strokes, resulting in white spots.

► If text and images or software effects are layered, please place the text on the top layer to prevent it from being blurred or invisible.

► Do not use the font wrapping method when ordering PDF files. Please convert the text to an outer frame before placing the order to avoid issues such as font skipping or not being created.

► When using fine fonts such as Mingti or Songti, or when using thin lines, please do not use two-color black, three-color black, or four-color black text, as this may cause inaccurate color registration. This cannot be used as a reason for return.

► Avoid using thin fonts such as Mingti or Songti. The font size should be at least 9pt or larger, because if the text or strokes are too thin, the lines will break, resulting in poor proofing and affecting readability or shape.

About coloring

► If the gradient fill has an outer border (CorelDRAW), please check "Scale with Image" to prevent the outer border from pressing into the fill.

► When using the "Preset Gradient" and "Material" fill tools in CorelDRAW, the default values are all RGB colors. Please be sure to convert them to CMYK colors to avoid color differences.

► CorelDRAW's fill tools, such as pattern fill, double pattern fill, preset layers, and textures, all use RGB colors. Please convert the fill swatches to bitmaps and save them as CMYK image bitmaps.
To avoid color differences and incompleteness.

► Use CMYK colors for all coloring. Do not use special colors or RGB, etc. If color difference or incomplete output is caused by using non-CMYK colors, our company cannot compensate for reprinting.

► Do not use colors with a total value exceeding 250% for filling, as this may cause the ink to dry slowly, making it impossible to cut or resulting in back printing. If back printing occurs due to the total value of the four colors exceeding 250%, our company will not be able to compensate for reprinting.

► Black direct printing is used to avoid white edges caused by misregistration between black text and the background color. Therefore, a vector color block with a fill color of K100% is set as the background color for direct printing. Thus, no other colors should be placed under a vector color block with a fill color of K100% to avoid color overlap. A recommended solution is to add a C1% fill to the vector color block with a fill color of K100% to avoid color overlap.

► If a black K100% vector color block or font has an outer frame effect, you must avoid color overlap. It is recommended to avoid this by filling the part with K100% with C1%, which will prevent color overlap.

► Do not set objects to overprint or direct printing to avoid color overlap.

► Do not fill each color below 8% to avoid loss during halftone transfer, which would prevent printing.

► If the printed material has been varnished (e.g., double matte, double gloss, partial gloss), the printed color will be slightly darker than the normal color. If a brighter color is required, please increase the color saturation of the fill or image file by about 5%.

Regarding the border

► When setting the width of the outer frame, the frame must be at least 0.2mm or more, otherwise it cannot be printed.

► When filling the outer frame with color, do not set overprint or direct printing to avoid overprinting.

► For CorelDRAW and Illustrator vector software, if the text has an outer frame, please change the outer frame to rounded corners. Do not use square corners, otherwise the text will look like "hedgehog text" after printing. If this happens, our company cannot compensate for reprinting.

About vector drawing

► Do not use color schemes other than CMYK for vector graphics to avoid color differences.

► CorelDRAW uses interactive effect commands in vector drawing, such as background removal, filters, effects, halos, shadows, etc. Before saving, please execute the "Separate" command on the effect object or convert it into a flat bitmap.

► When editing text in vector drawing, always convert it to a curve (outer frame) object.

► When the outer frame lines are extremely fine, the screen can preview and the inkjet can print, but the printing may result in broken lines or failure to print. Therefore, the lines must be at least 0.2mm (0.57pt) or finer.

► Please create the outline that includes the bleed and the "page size" according to the bleed dimensions.

► Vector archive.

► Since Mac OS 9 system files do not have extensions, please add the extension to the file name according to the archive format of the final file.

Regarding bitmaps

► Please use CMYK colors and a resolution of 300-350dpi for color images. Do not use RGB color images. If color difference or incomplete image output is caused by using non-CMYK colors, our company cannot compensate for reprinting.

► For color images, please set the resolution to 300-350 dpi at the actual printing size. For line art, set it to 800-1200 dpi at the actual size. Too low a resolution will result in poor print quality.
If the resolution is too high, the file will be too large and difficult to transmit.

► If the archive format is TIFF, please select "Compress Format" when saving to facilitate transmission. Do not save color images in Photoshop DCS format, as this is a format specifically for front-end color separation and is incompatible with our current output methods.

► When saving image files in Photoshop, do not select halftone screen, include conversion functions, PostScript color management, image intrinsic difference patching options, or ICC profile.
Color difference caused by selecting the above options in the image file cannot be a reason for return.

► When converting images to Photoshop, be sure to flatten them and ensure the image resolution is at least 300 dpi. Using small text in images can easily cause the text to become blurry; it is best to edit small text using vector graphics software.

► If a transparent background image is used in the final artwork, it must be converted to a non-transparent background image after the final artwork is completed.

► Different graphic design software programs have different color description settings. After converting an RGB image to a CMYK image file, the color settings will be presented differently and will be directly reflected on the printed materials. Please check the converted color settings yourself to avoid color differences when reprinting old files.

► Images include black and white or grayscale images. Please be sure to use CMYK image mode. Do not archive using RGB, grayscale, or black and white modes.

Mac operating system guidelines for completing image artwork

► When you finish a drawing in CorelDRAW, you can press "F4" to display all objects on the page and check if there are any extra graphics that have not been deleted, or you can use the frame mode to check if any objects or text are obscured by the background image.

► When completing an image file in CorelDRAW, please use the "Eyedropper Tool" to check the CMYK color content to avoid four-color black.

► When finishing an artwork in CorelDRAW, if you are using a background removal image, please do not rotate the angle. If you must rotate the angle, please convert it back to a bitmap image to avoid incomplete files.

► When finishing a file in CorelDRAW, if using the "Vector Transformation Tool," avoid creating too many nodes, which could prevent output. (The maximum number of nodes in the file should not exceed 2000.)

► When finishing a CorelDRAW file, if the image file used is larger than the final size, please place the image file in the "Precise Clipping" action setting. Do not cover the image file with white blocks, as this will cause layout problems.

► When using "Precise Clipping of Frame", do not select "Lock content to precise clipping of frame" (the system default is the selected state), otherwise the image will be dropped.

► When completing your CorelDRAW artwork, please convert any gradients, effects, filters, or outlines to bitmap images to avoid image loss or incomplete file files.

► Printed documents created in Word, such as tables and images, are pasted into CorelDRAW and are considered OLE virtual objects, which need to be converted into raster graphics.

► When finishing a piece in CorelDRAW, you can use the file information in the software to check several items such as graphics, files, and fills.

► Enable the "View Menu" and check "Show Overprint Objects" to display the objects to be filled in "Overprint Fill" when the finished artwork is activated, thus avoiding color distortion caused by accidentally activating "Overprint Fill".

► Executing the "Select All" command: If the focus of the selected object does not exceed the normal page area, it means there are no inappropriate objects remaining on the page. If the focus of the selected object exceeds the normal page area,
This indicates that there are inappropriate objects left on the paper.

► You can also select the "Simple Frame" command in the "View" menu to easily find all the remaining filled objects in the frame display.

► Open the "Edit" options, select "Find Objects" from "Find and Replace", then check the text and OLE objects to find the location of the text that has not been converted to curves.

► If you use the "Select All" function above "Find and Replace", you will not be able to find text that has not been converted to curves and is precisely cropped by the frame.

► In the "Text" section of the toolbar, selecting "Text Statistics" will allow you to view the number of characters that have not been converted to curves.

► If the gradient fill has an outer border (CorelDRAW), please check "Scale with Image" to prevent the outer border from pressing into the fill.

► When finalizing the artwork, set the printed content to the same page (do not lock objects or layers), and avoid using "layer" to finish the artwork to prevent omissions or overlapping pages.

► When creating a CorelDRAW final draft, do not check the closed curve option to avoid revealing hidden lines.

► Do not use the system-provided symbols or custom symbols to avoid incomplete tonal patterns in the printed image.

Tips for checking files in Illustrator

► When finalizing your artwork in Illustrator, use rasterization for effects such as gradient masks, cell fills, masking filters, and other special effects to avoid image loss or incomplete file files.

► Our company uses Illustrator CS4, so please save your copy to CS4. After saving, please open the file again to check for any problems.

► When you finish the artwork in Illustrator, please set the transparency option to 100% in "File Settings".

► When completing the artwork in Illustrator, do not select Overprint Fill, otherwise the printed colors will have an "overprint" effect.

► When you finish your artwork in Illustrator, please embed all linked images before uploading the file.

► When finalizing the artwork, please set all the printed content to the same page (do not lock objects or layers), and also avoid using "layer" to finish the artwork, so as to avoid omissions or overlapping pages.

► If text objects or images have special effects, please rasterize them to avoid the effects affecting the text objects or images themselves, as well as other surrounding or upper/lower layer text objects and images.

Notes on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

► Word processing software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, not software specifically for printing.
Therefore, when converting to PDF for printing, monochrome black will become four-color black, and simple gray will become a gray composed of four colors.
Therefore, when using combined printing presses, issues such as color difference, back printing, misregistration (especially with fonts below level 7), or multiple colors for a single font may easily occur.
To resolve the issue of four-color black and four-color gray, it is best to first adjust the settings to single-color black or single-color gray.
